Refund Policy
| The Planning Director may authorize a refund of fees in general accordance with 2015 IRC 108.5 and 2015 IBC 108.6 80% of the plan review fee paid when an application for a permit is withdrawn or canceled before the department reviews the plans. 80% of the permit fee paid if construction on the permitted work has not started. |
